Sound Voltex woosh knob sensor.
This is an infinite pot that uses hall effect sensors rather than contacts and as such it is fairly robust and not failureprone. If you order one it will come with the necessary fastening hardware.
ELV-24Y36A-K was discontinued by Sensatec and this is the recommended equivalent product.
